The Synod Clerk of the PCC, the Rev. Ayuk Solomon Eta and the Financial Secretary of the PCC, Mr. Ngole Ndive Mbuayo have both guided the Peace office on ways to prudently engage the Church and Community for a harmonious interaction.

This was during a strategic management meeting organized by the PCC Peace Office to present a balance sheet of the progress registered so far and what needs to be redressed for a smooth functioning.

The workshop that took place early January 2025, served as an opportunity for the Peace Office, through the National Peace Coordinator, the Rev. Sobe Florence Ebango, to showcase the strides made by the office in positively influencing behaviours and attitudes for effective social cohesion within and beyond the Church.

During the strategic Peace Meeting, the second and third in command, lauded the Church’s leadership, for her key role in shaping responsible election behaviors via the project, “Elections and Peace”.

The project, that had as focus, instituting a culture of nonviolence before, during and after elections, went as far as significantly reducing the negative interactions experienced and fostered by Christians and non – Christians of the PCC in previous elections, gained recognition of the Synod Clerk and Financial Secretary of the PCC. check this bolded last line
